Violate any applicable laws and not use this site for any unlawful or improper purpose.you agree not to post ,email or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful , harmful , threatening , abusive , harassing , defamatory ,vulgar , obscene , libelous, invasive of anothers privacy. You also agree not to have racially , ethnically or otherwise objectionable .
    2. have any material harmful to minors in any way
    3. impersonate another person or business or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity
    4. infringes on any patents, trademarks copyrights or trade secrets
    5. send or post any junk mail, spam , chain letters , or pyramid schemes
    6. transmit any software viruses or coding that could interrupt or destroy any computer equipment
    7. stalk or harass another user
    8. collect or store personal data about other users
  3. Limited Liability
    4. : Antique the USA liability for damages, losses and cause of actions, whether in contract , lawsuit or negligence shall not exceed $1.00. Antique the USA does not guarantee that our services , programs or software will meet your requirements. We can not warranty that our services will be uninterrupted or free of error. We make no claim as to the results you can obtain from the use of Antique the USA services.
  4. Communication
    5. : Antique the USA notices to subscribes may be given by email or by posting general information on the site. Subscribers notices to Antique the USA should be in writing and mailed to us. Please use the following form. If either party fails to enforce these terms and conditions it shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions or of the right to enforce such provisions. Additional items: Antique the USA and its Subscribers shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. The terms and conditions stated here makeup the entire agreement between the parties with the respect to use of Antique the USA.
  5. Submission Policy
    6. : 1) Submissions made to Antique the USA become our property. We reserve the right to place submissions in categories , edit them or exclude material deemed inapprioate by Antique the USA.

    7. : Linked sites are here for your convience and you access them at your own risk. We are not affiliated with these sites and such are not responsible for there content.
  7. Termination
    8. : Service may be ended by either party. Subscribers should send notices to Antique The USA by electronic or regular mail. Services will be terminated on the day Antique the USA receives notices or on a future date specified in the notice. Antique the USA can end service with at least 10 days notice. If subscriber terminates a prepaid account they forfeit any remaining balance on the prepaid account. Subscribers are responsible for charges incurred by them until termination. Antique the USA reserves the right to end service without notice should a subscriber violate our terms and conditions.
  8. Monitoring Subscribers
    9. : Antique the USA reserves the right to review and edit , at its discretion, any material subitted for display or placed on Antique the USA site.
